I was at Kashif’s so we could join the WorldWide PhotoWalk event and walk the walk and shoot out with our other buddies from PCK.
Kashif asked “You got camera?” . “No”, was my reply. “wanna try shooting with film?” He asked. - I was afraid of using film. It’s been long since I shot with film. can’t even remember when did i last shot with film ever since using digital cams. didn’t know if i can handle it - “take my Minolta film camera”, he continued. I gathered up some courage and nodded.
It was all a haste getting the film roll and batteries, running down at the PhotoWalk starting point, loading the roll and getting some handy tips from Kashif on how significantly different it is with a film camera and what considerations to keep in mind while shooting. After a quick round of handling guide from Kashif I was on the go and shooting my shoot on the street with other guys.
It was a meager attempt on shooting with film for the first time (ever since I properly started photography and took it for a serious hobby)
